Amnesty International is concerned about a number of issues surrounding the disputed cicumstances in which Diarmuid O’Neill was killed on 23 September 1996 by security forces. Armed police carried out a raid on a house in west London resulting in the death of Diarmuid O’Neill, suspected of being a member of the IRA, and the arrest of two others.
