Lee Ming-cheh, the first foreign NGO worker detained after the new Foreign NGO Management Law came into effect, will be tried for subversion by a court in Yueyang city, Hunan province. No trial date has yet been announced. The whereabouts of Lee Ming-cheh remain unknown.
