Amnesty International sent a letter to the General Attorney’s Office of Honduras regarding the criminal proceedings against the human rights defenders José Daniel Márquez, Kelvin Alejandro Romero, José Abelino Cedillo, Porfirio Sorto Cedillo, Ewer Alexander Cedillo, Orbin Nahún Hernández, Arnol Javier Alemán and Jeremías Martínez Díaz, known as “the 8 from Guapinol.”
