Nigeria: Boko Haram: Bombing campaign sees civilian deaths spiral

A public statement documenting continuing violence by Boko Haram, particularly the bomb attacks on 20 September 2015 in Maiduguri and Monguno, Borno state, which killed at least 94 people.
