Oral statement on the outcome on Poland under the Universal Periodic Review

In this document Amnesty International expresses its concern at the climate of fear that increasingly threatens the basic human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Poland. The statement also reflects its dismay that no recommendations were made with regards to the alleged Polish involvement in the US-led programme of secret detentions and rendition.
