In this submission, Amnesty International raises concerns over discrimination in access to health care and retention of the death penalty in domestic legislation. The organization also describes concerns related to the right to health, impunity for human rights violations, prison conditions and harassment of human rights defenders. Amnesty International makes a number of recommendations in the areas of concerns listed.
