This report summarizes the main areas in which UNMIK and the PISG have failed to uphold international human rights standards in issues f justice relating to the conflict and to the period of UNMIK rule. This document is a summary of a report EUR 70/011/2006, presented to the HRC in which Amnesty International highlighted its grave concerns about certain violations of human rights in Kosovo since 1999.
