Serbia (Kosovo): Still missing after all these years

Some 3,600 people disappeared or were abducted in Kosovo during the 1998-9 armed conflict and in its immediate aftermath. Thirteen years later, an estimated 1,797 people are still missing. There is an urgent need to investigate cases of enforced disappearances and abductions: the bodies of the missing need to be found, and returned to their relatives, and those who killed them should be brought to justice.
