The two Uighur men held with Elham Tohtam are believed to be called Zaher and Anwar alias Abdul Latif. It is not known if one of these names refers to the same person earlier referred to as Ablitip Abdul Kadir. There are rumours that the detainees may be handed over to China on or around 4 May.
