USA: Model criminal justice? Death by prosecutorial misconduct and a ‘stacked’ jury

Reginald Clemons was one of nearly 300 people sentenced to death in the USA in 1993, a time when support for the death penalty there was far stronger than it is today. What is needed now is for elected officials in each state with the death penalty should impose a moratorium on executions, and then set about enacting abolition. Meanwhile, the State of Missouri should commute the death sentence of Reginald Clemons.
