This letter initially thanks the Governor for his assistance to the Amnesty International delegation. The document then presents the organization’s serious and ongoing concerns about the prison situation, complaints of ill-treatment and degrading treatment of detainees, along with the deaths of detainees in the prisons of the Mendoza Province.
