Violence against women (VAW) is a global outrage. All over the world, women continue to be raped, injured and killed with impunity. There is a pressing need to spread the word about recent developments, and work with the next generations to bring an end to gender-based violence. This document is designed for human rights educators working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working on human rights and other organizations working in similar fields. This booklet includes detailed instructions on how to organize and run a series of workshops for staff, board members and volunteers.
