Bahraini human rights activist, NabeeI Rajab, appeared before the Court of Appeal on 16 October. At least one witness was denied entry to Bahrain to testify in court on Nabeel Rajab’s behalf, and evidence presented in previous hearings has apparently disappeared from the case file.
