The 58th session of the UN Commission on Human Rights took place from 18 March to 26 April 2002. See Report of the 58th Session of the UN Commission on Human Rights (IOR 41/012/2002). During the session, AI issued 12 press releases and delivered eight oral statements, three of them jointly with other NGOs. During a lunch-time event, AI also issued an open statement to the Commission together with four other NGOs. \n\n
