Within the next few days, the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) are likely to deport Imad Al Husin (also known as Abu Hamza) to Syria, where he is at risk of torture or ill-treatment. Imad Al Husin is in Lukavica (Sarajevo) immigration detention centre after being seized by the BiH authorities in Sarajevo on 6 October 2008. Imad Al Husin would be at risk of torture and other ill-treatment if deported to Syria.
