Richard Eastmond is Senior Director for Organization Development and Human Resources at Amnesty International. His team encompasses responsibility within the International Secretariat for Human Resources, Internal Communications and Learning and Development, and is responsible for promoting HR best practice across the wider movement.

Richard has more than 20 years’ global HR experience m ost recently as a consultant with Tearfund and prior to that in HR Director roles for Clear Channel International, CBS, LexisNexis and Reed Education.
