Guadalupe Rivas

Guadalupe Rivas is a Mexican citizen. She graduated from the Engineering School of the National University in México, where she currently works as Project Coordinator. She chaired the Board of the Mexican Section in the years 1989–1992 and 2001–2003. For a number of years, she was Alternate Chair for the International Council Meeting. She also was a member of the Standing Committee of Human Information and Financial Matters, from 1993 to 1998.
