عفو ملكي عن فؤاد مرتضى
وكان قد حكم على فؤاد مرتضى في شباط / فبراير بالسحن لمدة ثلاث سنوات وغرامة مالية تقدر بعشرة ألاف درهم مغربي (حوالي 1320دولار امريكى) بتهمة إنشاء حسابا على الفيسبوك باسم الأمير مولاي على رشيد . وقد أدين بعد محاكمة أجريت له في الدار البيضاء.
وكانت منظمة العفو الدولية قد أوفدت أثنين من العاملين بها لحضور جلسات المحاكمة. وقالت المنظمة فى بيانات سابقة إنها قلقة من أن المحاكمة لم تستوف المعايير الدولية للمحاكمة العادلة.
من جانبها رحبت بينيدكت غوريدكس، وهي من المراقبين التابعين للمنظمة والتي حضرت جلسات المحاكمة، بقرار الإفراج. كما دعت السلطات المغربية إلى: "إجراء التحقيقات الأزمة حول ادعاءات فؤاد بإساءة معاملته على أيدي الشرطة أثناء الاستجواب"
