Derechos humanos en BahréinAl menos 46 personas murieron durante las protestas registradas desde febrero hasta noviembre de 2011, y otras 26 han muerto desde entonces.En 2011, la Comisión Independiente de Investigación de Bahréin recibió más de 500 denuncias de tortura u otros malos tratos.Un total de 17 policías han sido juzgados; 8 de ellos ya han sido absueltos.Actualmente hay al menos 80 menores recluidos en cárceles de adultos.Amnistía Internacional ha adoptado a 20 personas como presos de conciencia.Según Bahrain Watch, desde febrero de 2011, el gobierno de Bahréin ha gastado un mínimo de 32 millones de dólares estadounidenses en empresas de relaciones públicas.
