Saudi Arabia: Further information on incommunicado detention/ fear of torture or other ill treatment/ possible prisoners of conscience

Three teenagers aged between 14 and 16, Muhammad ‘Ali Muhammad al-Sfawani, Hassan Muhammad al-Sadiq and Qassim Muhammad al-Mawsi, were released without charge around 24 March 2009. The five others named in this action are believed to be still held incommunicado and are at risk of torture or other ill-treatment.
