Medical letter writing action: Saudi Arabia: Muhammad al-Fasi

Amnesty International is seriously concerned about Muhammad al-Fasi, a businessman who was arrested in Jordan and extradited to Saudi Arabia where he is apparently detained at an undisclosed location in Riyadh. He is reported to have been tortured and forced to sign confessions and then read them in front of a video camera. One of his hands is believed to be fractured and it is not known if he is receiving medical attention for this injury. He is said to have been arrested for having publicly criticized the Saudi Government during the Gulf War.
