In this document Amnesty International would like to recommend to the Lebanese electorate, to Parliamentary candidates and to the future Parliament that the following human rights concerns need to be addressed: reform of the justice sector; ending discrimination and protecting the rights of women and marginalized communities; implementing a moratorium on the death penalty; ending impunity; and promoting and protecting human rights activities and freedom of association. In this report the organisation details its main concerns and puts forward specific recommendations regarding each of these human rights issues.
