Pierre Attallah, journalist (50), Ghassan Bardawil, Charles Roustum, Obad Zwein: Pierre Attallah was released on bail by the military court in Beirut on 6 January 1997. No date has yet been fixed for his trial. Ghassan Bardawil, who was charged under Article 288 of the Penal Code, was released by the Investigation Judge at the military court. Charles Roustum and Obad Zwein were released on 31 December 1996 without charge.
