A man and a woman, both members of the Iranian NGO, the Centre for Human Rights Defenders (CHRD), are believed to be held in Evin Prison where they are at risk of torture or other ill-treatment. Amnesty International believes they are prisoners of conscience, detained solely for the peaceful exercise of their rights to freedom of expression and association.
