This report describes human rights concerns and developments in Israel and the Occupied territories and the Palestinian Authority since the signing of the Oslo Agreement in 1993. It focuses particularly on arbitrary arrest and detention without trial; use of torture and deaths in custody; possible extrajudicial executions; unlawful killings including those of civilians by armed opposition groups; and unfair trials of political prisoners.
