In August 2006, the International Criminal Court (Court) issued its first Strategic Plan setting out its mission, strategic goals and objectives for the next ten years. In this paper Amnesty International submits recommendations on the development of its Victims’ Strategy. The organization encourages the Court to continue the transparent process of developing the Victims’ Strategy and to make available a draft for consultation before it is adopted.
