International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda: Trials and Tribulations

In this report, Amnesty International expresses strong support for the work and achievements of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda but identifies some shortcomings in court procedures which undermine the rights of detainees to a fair trial. It makes recommendations for tackling these shortcomings and strengthening the work of the Tribunal.
