In this submission, Amnesty International provides information as stipulated in the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review. In this submission Amnesty International raises concern over shortcomings in legislation leading to discrimination against Roma in the area of education. The organization also highlights concerns about violations of the rights of Romani people to education and housing and instances of forced sterilization of Romani women.
