In this document Amnesty International expresses continuing concern at the killings on 2 March 2002 of seven men in Rashtanski Lozja and the lack of an independent, impartial investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths in accordance with the United Nations Principles on the Effective Prevention and Investigation of Extra-Legal, Arbitrary and Summary Executions.
