(w/out WA ref number) On the 13th of May 2005 the Uzbek security forces indiscriminately fired on demonstrators, mainly unarmed civilians in Andiyan. They caused the deaths of hundreds of people. The government has not carried out proper investigations to bring those responsible to justice.
