Amnesty International is concerned at the fatal shooting of Miriam Gómez Cuadrado by a Civil Guard officer (Guardia Civil) in Seville on 10 April 1999. The use of force in this case was reported to be seriously disproportionate to the objective the officer was trying to achieve.
