Women with mental health disorders and/or developmental disabilities in the Sanadinovo Social Home for Mentally Disabled Women are being held in conditions that contravene their rights to be treated with humanity and respect and to be protected from physical and mental abuse. The living conditions in Sanadinovo and the lack of adequate therapy and rehabilitation for the women held in this institution amount to cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.
