In this report Amnesty International illustrates with cases its concerns about the persisting gap between Albania's obligations under the Convention against Torture and practice. The report concludes with recommendations to the Albanian authorities for measures to prevent torture and ill-treatment and to ensure the practical implementation of Albania's obligations under the Convention against Torture.
