Europe: S.O.S. Europe: Human rights and migration control

In an attempt to prevent “irregular migration” from Africa to Europe, some European countries implement border control measures outside their own territory. It also raises concerns about serious failures in relation to rescue-at-sea operations, which require further investigation.
