Thailand: Respect and protect the human rights of people in Thailand. Oral statement to the UN Human Rights Council 26th regular Session

In this statement Amnesty International shares the concerns the High Commissioner expressed about the current human rights situation in Thailand. It has taken actions that violate Thailand’s international legal obligations, in particular under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
