The current State of Emergency in Pakistan involves serious violations of international human rights law and standards, including those enshrined in the country's own constitution. In this document Amnesty International calls on the Pakistan authorities to immediately: restore fundamental human rights; release the prisoners; reinstate the independent judiciary; and to say "no" to military tribunals for citizens.
