This document sets out Amnesty International’s recommendations to the South Korean government for the strengthening and development of an ethical foreign policy. These recommendatiuons include further involvement in the establishment of the ICC, encouraging the region to adopt/ratify key human rights instruments and to work for the abolition of the death penalty.
