South Korea: Workers’ rights at a time of economic crisis

This report examines the effect of the economic crisis on the rights of workers in South Korea. Trade union leaders have been arrested and prosecuted under the National Security Law and the crisis is also having a detrimental effect on the rights of women and other vulnerable groups such as migrant workers.
