The 433 asylum-seekers, with a further 237, have now arrived at Nauru, where their claims for asylum are to be processed by the UNHCR. Amnesty International is concerned that they may be housed in poor conditions, and that they have been denied information about their rights and access to independent and impartial legal advice.
