USA: Act now for Saifullah Paracha

In this case sheet Amnesty International calls for Saifullah Paracha, Pakistani national, to be released from Guantánamo or charged promptly and given a fair trial. He has been in Guantánamo since September 2004. He suffers chest pains as a result of heart disease and has refused treatment because he believes the medical care available in the camp to be inadequate. Amnesty International urges that independent medical experts be allowed to visit him to assess his health and treatment needs.
