USA abducts man, holds him incommunicado

A Libyan man seized by US forces in Libya on 5 October 2013 is being held and interrogated incommunicado in US military custody. He could also face the death penalty in the USA, where he has been indicted in federal court for his alleged involvement with al-Qa’ida and attacks on US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in August 1998.
