Peru/Japan: Alberto Fujimori ex-president of Peru must be brought to justice

Alberto Fujimori was president of the Republic of Peru between 1990 and 2000. During his two terms in office, grave human rights violations were committed by Peru’s security forces, including extrajudicial executions, forced disappearances, torture and ill-treatment, death threats and harassment, arbitrary detention and unfair trials.
