Armando del Bosque Villarreal, a Mexican man who was forcibly disappeared by marines on 3 August, was found dead on 3 October. The authorities had failed to take any urgent and meaningful steps to establish his whereabouts or hold to account those responsible for his enforced disappearance and killing.
