This document expresses the concerns of Amnesty International that, in Honduras, the judicial system appears to have been misused to target environmental and indigenous activists and those who support them, in order to prevent them from carrying out their work on behalf of their communities claiming rights to communal land titles. The cases of the Miranda brothers are included to illustrate this misuse.
