Amnesty International fears for the safety of the civilian population of Santo Domingo, Bolivar department, including the families of Otoniel Cardenas and Edilberto Cardenas Agamez both of whom have been killed by paramilitaries who have set up a new base nearby. There are fears, following threats, that further killings are planned.
