Paramilitaries have offered a bounty for the killing of Colombian human rights lawyer José Humberto Torres, a member of the Political Prisoners Solidarity Committee (Comité de Solidaridad con los Presos Políticos, CSPP). His life is at risk, along with those of other CSPP members.
