Human rights activist Charles Fuamba Mukendi and Masengo wa Kabamba are detained incommunicado at the Agence national de la recherche (ANR), National Intelligence Agency, in Mbuji-Mayi, the capital of Kasai Oriental province. Amnesty International fears they may be tortured.
