Fighting between the armed opposition Liberians United for Reconciliation and Democracy (LURD) and Liberian security forces over the last four years has led to further mass displacement of civilians. This report focuses on the dangers Liberians face when they become displaced either within Liberia or other African countries. It also highlights individual cases of Liberians who are at particular risk.
