Guinea: One more soldier released

Another of the soldiers held without charge in Guinea has been released. Ten others are still detained incommunicado and are at risk of torture or other ill-treatment. Colonel Fodé Bacar Sylla was released without charge on 19 September 2009, after more than seven months in custody.
