Amnesty International is seriously concerned for the safety of Bisher Al-Rawi, an Iraqi national, and Jamil El Banna, a Jordanian national, have been held in incommunicado detention in Banjul, Jamil El Banna is believed to be a diabetic.Bisher Al-Rawi and Jamil Al-Banna are reported to have been secretly transferred to the US Naval Base at Guantánamo Bay in Cuba in early January 20. Jamil El Banna is believed to be a diabetic.Bisher
